1. Bachelor's degree or above; major in Chemistry or Materials preferred, with 3–5 years of relevant industry experience.
2. Familiar with ISO 9001 quality management system and ISO 14001 environmental management system.
3. Proficient in the Seven QC Tools, SPC (Statistical Process Control), and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis); able to independently write 8D reports and SIP/SOP documents, and read engineering drawings.
4. Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments; capable of data analysis and driving closed-loop improvement of quality abnormalities.
