Job Description
1. Develop the annual market-expansion plan and sales strategy for external testing services; define key industry customer segments (new materials, semiconductors, automotive manufacturing, aerospace, metallurgy, etc.) and break down and implement performance targets.
2. Lead major-customer business negotiations, contract signing, and long-term strategic cooperation; establish and maintain a sound customer-relationship management system to improve repurchase rates.
3. Continuously track testing-industry market dynamics, competitor service models, and pricing; periodically produce market-analysis reports to inform service pricing and optimization decisions.
4. Manage the full chain from customer commission, sample receipt, task dispatch, testing execution, report issuance, to after-sales service, ensuring efficient and standardized external testing operations.
5. Scientifically schedule testing tasks based on order volume and equipment (ICP, SEM, ONH, etc.) status, maximizing equipment utilization and turnaround efficiency while ensuring quality.
6. Develop standardized quotation schemes and project-cost accounting systems for external testing services; review major-project quotations to ensure target gross margin.
7. Establish and monitor KPIs for test-report delivery cycles; warn of and intervene in overdue risks to ensure contract fulfillment rate ≥98%.
8. Collaborate with the technical lead to review customized testing schemes for complex samples, ensuring methods are scientific, feasible, and meet customer needs.
9. Supervise full-process quality compliance of external testing per CNAS-CL01 and relevant application requirements; support internal audits, management reviews, and external audits.
10. For technical questions from customers on ICP trace-element analysis, SEM microstructure characterization, ONH gas-content determination, etc., organize technical staff to provide professional answers and after-sales technical support.
Requirements
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or above; background in Materials Science, Chemistry, Analytical Testing, Metallurgical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields.
2. 3+ years of experience in the testing industry or related market operations/project management; familiar with CNAS accreditation operations.
3. Understand working principles and typical applications of ICP, SEM, ONH, and other analytical instruments; able to communicate effectively with technical staff.
4. Business negotiation, data analysis, and team-management skills; CET-6 or above, able to read English technical materials and independently write English test reports preferred.
