1. PhD or master's degree in Materials Science, Physics, Superconductivity, or related fields
2. 10+ years of R&D and engineering experience in low-temperature superconducting materials (NbTi, Nb3Sn, etc.); mastery of wire design, processing, and property characterization
3. Familiar with key processes such as cold working (swaging, drawing), heat treatment, and surface treatment of superconducting wire
4. Understanding of application scenarios for magnetic-resonance-imaging, nuclear fusion, particle accelerators, etc.; experience with MRI, nuclear fusion, or particle-accelerator projects preferred
5. Team-management and technical-roadmap planning ability; able to lead a team through full development from lab to industrialization
Requirements
1. Mastery of the full process for NbTi/Nb3Sn superconducting wire preparation
2. Ability to optimize critical-current density and analyze mechanisms
3. Familiar with national standards and industry norms for superconducting materials
4. Experience leading large research projects or provincial/ministerial-level science and technology awards preferred
