1. Bachelor's degree or above in Material Forming, Metal Materials, or related fields
2. Internship or work experience in material-processing techniques such as extrusion, rolling, forging, and heat treatment; copper and copper-alloy processing experience preferred
3. Understand the laws of microstructure evolution during deformation processing and the basis for process-parameter setting
4. Able to handle on-site process issues and independently prepare process documents and manage SOPs
5. Good communication skills; able to coordinate across departments to solve practical problems
Requirements
1. Familiar with material-composition/microstructure and process-control principles
2. Understand metal-material property testing/characterization and testing standards
3. Proficient with AutoCAD or UG and other CAD software
4. Good data-analysis ability
