1. Bachelor's degree or above in Material Forming, Powder Metallurgy, Metal Materials, or related fields
2. 3+ years of HIP equipment operation and process-execution experience
3. Familiar with HIP equipment daily operation management; able to independently prepare process documents and operation guides
4. Ability for process monitoring, product-quality tracking, and abnormality handling
5. Understand high-temperature/high-pressure equipment safety-operation rules and pressure-vessel regulations
Requirements
1. Able to independently operate HIP equipment and complete full production cycles
2. Familiar with HIP parameter recording, data analysis, and process-improvement methods
3. Understand ISO 9001/AS9100 and other quality-management systems
4. Strong on-site safety-management awareness and teamwork ability
