1. Master's degree or above in Powder Metallurgy, Materials Science, or related fields
2. 5+ years of refractory-metal (tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, niobium) powder-metallurgy R&D experience
3. Proficient in the full process of powder preparation, pressing, and sintering (including atmosphere and vacuum sintering)
4. Familiar with development and mass production of refractory-metal products
5. Experience in high-end applications such as targets and high-temperature components preferred
Requirements
1. Mastery of refractory-metal (W/Mo/Ta/Nb) powder-metallurgy process routes and key parameter control
2. Ability for high-purity powder preparation and impurity-control technology of refractory metals
3. Familiar with selection, commissioning, and process matching of powder-metallurgy equipment
4. Experience initiating new refractory-metal materials and driving industrialization preferred
