1. College degree or above; Materials Science, Logistics Management, or Industrial Engineering preferred
2. 3+ years of PMC (production planning and material control) experience in the metal-processing industry
3. Familiar with metal-processing production flows (charging, processing, inspection, warehousing); able to develop reasonable production plans
4. Ability to prepare material-requirements plans (MRP) and control inventory
5. Proficient with ERP systems; able to perform capacity analysis and lead-time management
Requirements

2. Able to independently handle production abnormalities (material shortage, equipment failure, urgent/rush orders)
3. Strong data-statistics and analysis ability; able to produce production reports
4. Familiar with inventory management and slow-moving/obsolete material prevention in metal processing
