1. College degree or above in Metal Materials, Metallurgical Engineering, or related fields
2. 5+ years of non-ferrous metal casting production-management experience; familiar with relevant induction-furnace operation
3. Proficient in copper melting processes (charging, melting, casting, refining)
4. Team-management ability; able to coordinate daily casting-workshop production
5. Familiar with casting safety-operation procedures and environmental requirements; emergency-management experience
Requirements
1. Able to independently organize full-process casting production and ensure chemical composition and ingot quality
2. Proficient in equipment operation and common fault troubleshooting
3. Ability to optimize melting processes and reduce energy consumption and metal loss
4. Holder of metallurgy-industry operation or safety-management certificates preferred
