1. College degree or above in Mechanical Design & Manufacturing, CNC Machining, or related fields
2. 3+ years of CNC programming and operation experience; familiar with 3-/4-/5-axis machining centers
3. Proficient with CAM programming software such as Mastercam, UG, or PowerMill
4. Able to independently prepare CNC machining processes and programs for non-ferrous metals
5. Familiar with tool selection, cutting-parameter optimization, and machining-precision control
Requirements
1. Able to independently prepare programs for complex parts, perform simulation verification, and debug first articles
2. Proficient in cutting characteristics and tool matching of non-ferrous metals such as copper
3. Able to read complex mechanical drawings and understand geometric tolerances and surface-roughness requirements
4. On-site problem-solving ability; able to guide operators in precision machining
