Recently, the G10.5 generation line ITO targets supplied by Omat Advanced Materialss New Factory to customers were successfully shipped.

The G10.5 generation line is currently the highest generation production line for LCD panel manufacturing in the world, mainly producing large size LCD panels over 60 inches. In the G10.5 generation line, ITO targets are mainly used to prepare transparent conductive films and are key materials in display panel manufacturing. ITO targets used in the G10.5 generation line require target purity to reach 4N5 and above, and also need to meet the requirements of large-area, high-uniformity coating. This generation line has strict requirements on core indicators such as resistivity, density, and grain size of the target.
