Next, we will start a visit and go deep into the company's production workshop to see how integrated circuit packaging and testing, new display devices and other products were born; walk into the R & D center to feel the strong atmosphere of technological innovation; stop in the product display area to learn about it. Various products using FC, 2D, 3D and other integrated packaging processes include SOP, S-OT, S-OP and other packaging series. During this period, the person in charge of the company also introduced the development history of the company in detail and shared the results of scientific and technological innovation. The company plans to invest 3 billion yuan, cover an area of 360 acres, and build an advanced packaging and testing manufacturing base with an annual output of 53 billion new display devices and integrated circuits in phases, with a planned annual output value of 2.8 billion yuan.

One of the single factory buildings with a length of more than 400 meters and the largest area in Shaoguan City has been built, and it has one of the largest extruders (5500 tons) in the copper processing industry. The main products include large copper square ingots, copper round ingots, copper plates, copper pipes, copper plates, microcrystalline phosphorus copper balls, high-temperature refractory metals, etc.
