Second, we must adhere to both traditional industries and emerging industries. Lengthen the industrial chain and increase technological transformation efforts to make the foundation of traditional industries last forever; work hard on new tracks in emerging industries such as big data and electronic information industries, low-carbon new energy industries, biomedicine and big health industries. Third, we must make up for the shortcomings of park construction. Make up for outstanding shortcomings such as infrastructure and project deficiencies, expand new space for the implementation of industrial projects, and promote the coordinated and chain of industries in the park. Fourth, the project must be implemented without obstacles. Fifth, we must serve enterprises and service projects with heart and soul. We will work hard in policy support, solve enterprise difficulties and demands, and cultivate enterprises, implement "warming enterprises" actions, and help enterprises solve their problems in a timely manner. Sixth, we must boost the entrepreneurial spirit of officers.
