Chen Dachuan and his party successively came to the construction sites of the Oolai New Metal Project and the China Electric Power (Xinyuan Qingcai) Earthwork Leveling Project, and learned in detail about the project construction and production safety, and listened to relevant briefings.

Chen Dachuan demanded that production safety should be strengthened, the string of production safety should be tightened at all times, the production safety responsibility system should be strictly implemented, the main responsibilities should be tightened, and the occurrence of safety accidents should be resolutely prevented and contained, and the safe and orderly progress of project construction should be ensured. It is necessary to speed up project construction, refine the division of responsibilities, consolidate work responsibilities, promptly sort out and solve blockages and difficult problems encountered during the project promotion process, take practical and effective measures to solve them, clarify time nodes, reverse the construction period, and ensure that the project is completed as early as possible., put into use as early as possible, and take effect as early as possible.
