Omat Party Branch Holds Its 2022 Organizational-Life Meeting and Party-Member Assessment

At 3 pm on March 15, 2023, the Olai Xincai Party Branch organized and held the "2022 Organizational Life Meeting and Democratic Review Party Member Meeting" in the Party Member Activity Room on the fourth floor of the company. All party members of the branch attended the meeting, and Comrade Zou Jiangsheng, the party building instructor of Shaoguan High-tech Zone, attended the meeting to provide guidance.

In accordance with the spirit and requirements of the Party Working Committee of the High-tech Zone "Notice on Convening the 2022 Grassroots Party Organization Life Meeting and Carrying out Democratic Appraisal of Party Members", before this meeting, the Party branch used guidance materials such as the "Report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China" and "Questions and Answers on the Study of the Amendments to the Party Constitution of the 20th National Congress" to organize all party members to carry out study of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Party Constitution. Before the meeting, the branch fully listened to the opinions of leaders and colleagues in the department where the party member belonged, and investigated the problems in depth.
At the meeting, branch secretary Li Peng first made a summary report on the work of the party branch in 2022, carefully summarized the achievements of party building work last year, and also reported on the party branch's investigation of problems, clarified the direction of efforts and rectification measures, and proposed work requirements and plans for the next step of the branch.
In the democratic review session, everyone spoke enthusiastically and the atmosphere was lively. Each party member summarized based on his personal reality, focusing on identifying his own problems and shortcomings. At the same time, he accepted the criticism of all party members, fully carried out criticism and self-criticism, and looked for his own shortcomings and gaps in terms of ideology and politics, mental state and business performance, clarified the key direction of future efforts, and achieved the goal of united-criticism-unity. It not only promoted democracy but also found the problem, forming a consensus on unified thoughts and actions. Subsequently, a democratic assessment was conducted, and all party members were evaluated based on the daily performance of party members and the extensive solicitation of opinions in the early stage.
Zou Jiangsheng's guidance affirmed the work of the Omat Party Branch in 2022, commented on this organizational life meeting and the democratic review party member meeting, and asked the branch to conduct in-depth analysis, sort out problems, form a list of problems, and implement rectification measures. He also put forward suggestions on the party building work of the branch. First, we must make good use of platforms such as learning to strengthen the country, and focus on the study of the spirit of the 20th National Congress and the Party Constitution. The second is to implement daily systems such as three meetings and one lesson and the main party day. The third is to carry out special activities such as party member demonstration posts in light of the actual production and operation of the enterprise.
