Huang Ningsheng Visits Shaoguan to Research Trade-Union Work

Recently, Huang Ningsheng, deputy secretary and deputy director of the Party Leadership Group of the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Province People's Congress and chairman of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, led a team to Shaoguan to focus on the construction and reform of the industrial worker team, the "Hundred Million Project" of trade union services, and the construction and operation of employee service positions. Carry out research and visit and express condolences to workers in new business formats and employees in need.

The research team visited the new construction project of Shaoguan City Workers 'Cultural Palace, the Love Station of the Outdoor Workers' Union of the Party and Mass Service Center on Wuzu Road, Wujiang District, the Zhongjin Lingnan Danxia Smelter, Dongtang Town, Renhua County, Shaoguan Data Center Cluster, and Nuclear Industry Jinyuan Community of Guangdong Mining and Metallurgical Bureau, Shaoguan High-tech Zone Employee Service Center,Guangdong Omat Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. High-tech Materials Co., Ltd.,The Workers 'Cultural Palace of Wujiang District and the Shaoguan City Federation of Trade Unions communicated face-to-face with model craftsmen, industrial workers, workers in new formats and trade union cadres to understand the situation in detail and listen to opinions and suggestions.

Huang Ningsheng fully affirmed the effectiveness of the work of the Shaoguan Trade Union and emphasized the need to continue to deepen the reform of the construction of industrial workers and closely follow the needs of local industrial development.We must give full play to the demonstration and leading role of model workers, drive more employees to innovate and create based on their positions, improve their skills and make contributions, promptly summarize the effectiveness of industrial reform work, and publicize and promote good experiences in grassroots industrial reform. It is necessary to closely focus on the deployment requirements of the "Hundred Million Project", focus on the employment needs of rural left-behind labor forces, strengthen skills training, and explore effective ways for trade unions to assist rural entrepreneurship and employment.
