Hot Isostatic Press (HIP)


Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) technology is mainly applied to material densification, diffusion bonding of heterogeneous materials, and powder metallurgy near-net shaping. It is an irreplaceable "ultimate densification" solution for high-end manufacturing. It is widely used in 3D printing and additive manufacturing, high-end metal materials, semiconductor targets, aerospace, and the nuclear industry. This technology can effectively eliminate internal pores, improve density, and optimize microstructure under high-temperature and high-pressure environments, achieving precision forming and 100% densification, thereby significantly enhancing the strength, toughness, and service life of products (fatigue life can increase by 10 to 100 times). The application level of HIP technology is an important indicator of a new materials enterprise's high-end manufacturing and precision machining capabilities.

Cold Isostatic Press (CIP)


In addition to the brand-new hot isostatic pressing equipment, the company also operates a large cold isostatic press (CIP). At room temperature, it applies uniform high pressure of up to 450 MPa to ceramic or metal powders through a liquid medium, enabling batch near-net shaping of large-sized complex-shaped blanks and giving the blanks higher forming density and uniformity. It is suitable for powder metallurgy, cemented-carbide preforming, solid-state batteries, special ceramics, and other fields.
