Chen Jiangfan visited Omat Advanced Materials' Ruyuan production base, the Mingyue Lake high-purity materials project for semiconductor applications, and the Shaoguan headquarters, learning about the company's development history and listening to its introduction on the R&D innovation and industrialization of products such as high-performance targets, high-performance metals, and key materials and core components for frontier technology fields. He affirmed the company's achievements in gradually achieving domestic substitution in fields such as semiconductor displays and integrated circuits relying on key technologies. He hoped that Omat Advanced Materials would continue to leverage its leading-enterprise role, increase R&D investment around the three segments of high-performance targets, high-performance metals, and key materials and core components for frontier technology fields, and attract more upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain to cluster and develop in Shaoguan.
