On January 28, the Omat Mingyue Lake Semiconductor-Grade High-Purity Materials Project, built and operated by Shaoguan Omat High-Purity Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Omat High-Purity")—a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Omat Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Omat Advanced Materials")—commenced construction. The project focuses on the upstream of Omat Advanced Materials' industrial chain, aiming to achieve self-supplied high-purity materials and extend the company's reach upstream from its existing high-performance sputtering target business. This will effectively secure the continuous and stable supply of core raw materials, thereby enhancing the stability and consistency of sputtering target product quality, consolidating and strengthening the company's leading position in the industry, and ultimately fulfilling Omat Advanced Materials' strategic goal of deploying an upstream industrial chain. While meeting the company's internal needs, Omat High-Purity will also pursue market-based operations of high-purity materials, actively explore external high-purity materials markets, and build a strong second growth curve for the company.
